Custom & Personalized Orders
Many of our products are individually designed, engraved, or personalized according to customer specifications. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all names, spelling, dates, images, logos, wording, dimensions, and other design details shown in a proof.
Once a customer approves a proof and production begins, custom and personalized orders are final sale and generally cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except where the finished product materially differs from the approved proof due to an error by One Hit Professional Laser Engraving or where otherwise required by law.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
By submitting a photograph, logo, trademark, design, text, or other artwork, the customer represents that they own the material or have the necessary authorization to have it reproduced or engraved.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions. One Hit Professional Laser Engraving reserves the right to decline any design or order at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Customer-Supplied Products
Customers may request engraving on certain products they supply themselves. Laser engraving permanently alters material, and different coatings and materials can react differently to the engraving process.
We will exercise reasonable care when working with customer-supplied products. However, unless caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care, we are not responsible for unexpected material reactions, coating defects, hidden manufacturing defects, discoloration, cracking, warping, or other issues inherent in the supplied material.
Shipping
We carefully package products before shipment. Once packages are transferred to a shipping carrier, delays, loss, theft, and transit damage may be subject to the carrier's terms, insurance, and claims procedures.
Customers shipping their own products to us are responsible for appropriate packaging and are encouraged to use tracking and insurance. Our Shipping Policy provides additional information.
Product Use
Customers are responsible for using purchased products safely and for their intended purposes. One Hit Professional Laser Engraving is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, unauthorized modification, accidents, or use inconsistent with supplied instructions.
Website Content & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, original photographs, graphics, product descriptions, branding, website content, and original designs belonging to One Hit Professional Laser Engraving may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially used without permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Product Appearance
Because many products are individually produced and natural materials such as wood and slate can vary, minor differences in grain, texture, shade, engraving appearance, and positioning may occur. Such reasonable variations are part of the nature of custom-made products and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, One Hit Professional Laser Engraving will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in this Legal Notice is intended to exclude or limit consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
